术语不统一是阅读外文标准时最常见的障碍。下面按类别给出对照表。

• 节流装置 — pressure differential device / throttling device
• 孔板 — orifice plate；喷嘴 — nozzle；文丘里管 — Venturi tube
• 锥形流量计 — V-cone flowmeter；楔形流量计 — wedge flowmeter
• 直径比 β — diameter ratio (beta)；, 流出系数 C — discharge coefficient
